Patrick Cevik alias Patisss is a Parisian graphic artist and illustrator, graduated from a graphic arts school, L'Initiative

in the19th area of Paris, France.

 

Naturally shy and reserved, in her own little world and a bit of an airhead, Patisss finds a personality through

illustration from a very young age by doodling in his school notebooks, books and other newspapers and magazines.


Sensitive and open to all artistic styles, Patisss finds his influences in artists such as Dran, Crumb, Andy Warhol, Thomas Ott, Shaun Tan, Amandine Urruty, Petra Börner, Joe McLaren…

 

He first created the illustration blog La Patisss'rie in 2010 and exhibited his illustrations and comics in various places in Paris, such as

at ESPACE BEAUREPAIRE or ICI-TOKYO, a Select Japanese Shop…


In 2016, for the first time in her career, Patisss exhibited a series of illustrations in Japan entitled "Paris/Tokyo:

"Portraits Croisés" at DESIGN FESTA GALLERY TOKYO HARAJUKU.


Fascinated by Japanese culture, Patisss launched in 2020 into the creation of original miniature works inspired from his travels

in Japan.

Each and one of his miniature and dioramas works are full of details are entirely designed and made by hand, with meticulousness

and mastery of art.


In September 2021, Patisss exhibited all of her work in a pop-up boutique-gallery in Paris : LA PATISSS'RIE GALLERY.

In 2023, Patisss exhibited her dioramas, miniatures and illustrations inspired by Japan in a group exhibition.

at the GALERIE MONDE in Paris, Place de la Bastille in the 11th arrondissement.

More recently in 2024, he had the privilege of exhibiting his miniature and illustrated work at the Japanese cultural space

MAISON KIZUNA in Enghien les Bains.
